Sergei Matvienko has resigned his post as a vice-president of the Bank Saint Petersburg to focus on his own business projects. At the same time he has remained the beneficiary owner of 4.12% of the Bank’s voting shares.
Alexander Savelyev, Chairman of the Management Board, commented on the vice-president’s resignation: “Sergey Matvienko has been with the Bank for 9 years. Together we have achieved a lot and are satisfied with the results. We wish Sergey every success in his future endeavours and we will continue our cooperation as the Bank’s shareholders”.
