The Management Board is a collective executive body responsible for Bank’s day-to-day management and administration. Its members are appointed by the Supervisory Board for an indefinite period of time, but the powers of the members may be terminated at any time by a majority vote of the Supervisory Board. The Management Board currently consists of 10 members.

Alexander V. Savelyev is the Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Savelyev joined the Bank in January 2001. He has extensive experience of working as deputy chairman for a number of banks, including Commercial Bank Petrovsky and Baltoneximbank. Born in 1954. Mr. Savelyev graduated from the Tupolev Kazan Aircraft University in 1978.
Vladislav S. Guz was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in February 2004. First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2009. Before joining the Bank in 2003, Mr. Guz worked as deputy director, first deputy director and executive director in the Saint Petersburg branch of Alfa-Bank from December 1996 until September 2003. Born in 1967. Mr. Guz graduated from the Leningrad State University in 1990 and Interindustry Institute of Training and Information in 1996.
Elena V. Ivannikova joined the Bank Saint Petersburg in June 2001 and is currently the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank. Ms. Ivannikova has extensive experience as chief accountant of Commercial Bank Petrovsky and Baltoneximbank. Born in 1956. Ms. Ivannikova graduated from the Kiev University of National Economy in 1986.
Vladimir P. Skatin: Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2008, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2009. In 1995 he came to the Industry & Construction Bank of Saint Petersburg (currently Bank VTB North-West) to hold office of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. In 2001 he was appointed the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and from 2006 to 2007 he acted as the Chairman of the Management Board. Mr. Skatin was born in 1956. He graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute and Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance. He is a PhD in Economics.
Konstantin Y. Balandin has been a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank since January 2008. Before joining the Bank in 2000 he held a number of positions at the Treasury Department of the ICT Bank. Born in 1976. He is graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University with degree in economics and has qualification certificate form the Federal Commission for the Securities Market.
Pavel V. Filimonenok has served as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2006. Mr. Filimonenok worked as head of Bank’s Plastic Cards Business Department from July 2001 until August 2003. Prior to joining the Bank Saint Petersburg he worked as deputy director of the Plastic Cards Department in Commercial Bank Petrovsky. Mr. Filimonenok graduated from the Saint Petersburg Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics in 1994.
Irina V. Malysheva has been Deputy Chairman of the Management Board since 2006. Ms. Malysheva is also a member of the supervisory board of National Securities Market Association. From March 1999 until April 2003, Ms. Malysheva worked as general director and from April 2003 until January 2006, as chairwoman of the supervisory board of ZAO AVK. From April 2003 to December 2005, Ms. Malysheva was chairwoman of the board of directors of Saint Petersburg Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Born in 1957. Ms. Malysheva graduated from the Penza Polytechnic Institute in 1979, the Financial Academy under the Russian Government in 2002 and the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance in 2003.
Vladimir G. Reutov has been with the Bank since 2001, serving as Director of Treasury from June 2001 to January 2006 and as member of the Management Board from 2004 until the present time. In April 2006, Mr. Reutov was promoted to Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Before joining the Bank, from 1995 until 1998, Mr. Reutov worked as a chief dealer in the Saint Petersburg branch of Promstroibank of Russia and, in 2001, he acted as head of the planning department in the National Reserve Bank. Since May 2006, Mr. Reutov has been a member of the exchange board of SPICEX. Born in 1963. Mr. Reutov graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University in 1998 and the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute in 1986.
Oksana S. Sivokobilska: Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board since November 2011. In April 2011, she has joined Bank Saint Petersburg as Vice-President and Head of Strategy. From 1998 till 2007, Ms. Sivokobilska served as Head of Marketing of Hansabank Latvia (later renamed to Swedbank); from 2007 till 2011 she held the position of Head of Retail Banking of Swedbank Latvia, from 2011 till 2011 — the position of Head of Baltic Banking Business Development of Swedbank. Born in 1973. In 1996, she graduated from the University of Latvia with a master degree in economics.
Olga D. Volodina was appointed as Credit Department Director and a member of the Management Board of the Bank Saint Petersburg in January 2005 and November 2004 respectively. Ms. Volodina has been with the bank Saint Petersburg in total for eight years except for the period from 2001 until 2004 when she worked for ZAO North-West Telecombank as deputy head of the corporate finance department. Born in 1957. Ms. Volodina graduated from the Moscow Financial Institute in 1980.
