The afore-mentioned statement shall be issued to the person, who has made a request, within seven days provided such person was on the register prior to its transfer.

    Registrar (CJSC PCRC, OJSC MCD), who has transferred the register, but holds in custody the primary documents, which gave the reason for transferred register keeping system (orders of transfer, orders of pledge and other documents giving the reason to make changes in the register keeping system) shall be obliged to issue, upon request of the person recorded in the register prior to its transfer, a statement within three years after such transfer of the register.
