    About the Bank \ Services for Customers

    The Bank has a developed network of regional offices, cash desks and ATMs and provides all types of bank services to customers.

    Private Deposits

    The Bank offers a unique system of deposits to meet the requirement of customers. The Bank participates in the state system of deposit insurance (no. 219 in the system’s register).

    Credits

    The Bank offers a number of credit programs, including auto loans and mortgage lending. The programs have optimal interest rates, clear process of application processing and convenient service for borrowers. In 2007 the Bank opened its own mortgage centre. The Bank also provides overdraft to bank card holders and credits to the employees of the corporate customers.

    Bank Cards

    Bank issues VISA and MasterCard cards, including Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite. The Bank’s card service network includes 300 ATMs and 800 electronic merchant terminals. The loyalty program for the Bank’s cardholders is rapidly developing.

    Internet Banking

    The Internet banking system gives a number of possibilities, such as transfer of funds between accounts within the Bank and to other banks, repayment of credits and foreign exchange transactions. All operations may be done at any time in any place of the world via Internet and mobile phone.

    Money transfers

    The Bank provides money transfer services without setting up an account as well as Western Union transfers.

    Safe deposit services

    The Bank leases individual bank safes at 11 offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod.
